The Deputy Permanent Secretary of Education, Mrs. Siriporn Kitkuakul, chaired the opening of a network meeting for executive secretaries of the Ministry of Education in the fiscal year of 2013. This meeting aimed to broaden the participants' theoretical and practical knowledge of working as secretaries for MOE executives and raising their awareness of teamwork, service mindedness, professional ethics and systematic teamwork development. It was organized at the Aurora Resort in Kanchana Buri.
The Deputy Permanent Secretary of Education said that the Bureau of Administration understood the importance of strengthening the network of executive secretaries by allowing them to meet and share knowledge and experiences so that they would all work better for the sake of their organization.
Secretaries are crucial in connecting the executives with insiders and the public. They help the work of the executive to become faster and more effective. Moreover, secretaries are the key people in creating create a good image of the organization. Therefore, they have to be able to do their various jobs effectively, concluded Mrs. Siriporn.
