Mr. Pradit Rasitanon, the Deputy Secretary General of the Vocational Education Commission, welcomed Mr. Tawara Kochi,
the First Secretary of the Japanese Ambassador to Thailand and his
team, who came to discuss and promote a scholarship that Japan is
offering to Thai vocational students in the year 2014 to study for a
high vocational certificate and degree. Information about how to apply
